Robert Vaughn, 1932 - 2016

Robert Vaughn, who rose to fame on the classic 1960's thriller The Man From U.N.C.L.E. has passed away at age 83.




He started his acting career in 1955, taking a background role in The Ten Commandments. After catching the attention of actor Burt Lancaster, he signed on with the legendary actor's production company. After being drafted by the army, he had to delay his career for two years.

He quickly bounced back, earning a supporting actor nomination for 1959's The Young Philadelphians. His biggest role, as the suave spy Napoleon Solo in U.N.C.L.E

Vaughn would have an active career spanning decades on both television and film. His most recent credits were on hit shows on the BBC. Mr. Vaughn died of acute leukemia, leaving behind a loving family and millions of fans.

You Can't Stop The Simpsons!


Fox announced last week that The Simpsons has been renewed for two more seasons, bringing its total to 30 seasons and 646 episodes, officially making it the scripted show with the most episodes in all of television history.
