Ja’net Dubois, 1945 - 2020
Ja’net Dubois, who played the man crazy neighbor to the Evans family in Good Times, has passed away at age 74. In addition to her scene stealing role as Willonia in Good Times, she also sang the theme song to The Jeffersons and starred in numerous roles on movies and television including a memorable role in the cult classic I’m Gonna Git You Sucka. Ja’net always lit up the screen whenever she appeared in any movie or television series. Her contributions to our shared pop culture will never be forgotten.
